Abstract: Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan dan Kebun Bibit Lebak Bulus memiliki permasalahan permintaan pasar yang berlebih, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan bisnis untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pengembangan bisnis pengolahan bunga anggrek menjadi lilin aromaterapi merupakan solusi atas adanya kelebihan permintaan pasar dan peningkatan nilai ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, QSPM dan analisis kelayakan usaha dari aspek finansial serta non-finansial. Strategi prioritas yang didapatkan yaitu pengembangan bisnis lilin aromaterapi Lunara. Analisis finansial menunjukkan kelayakan investasi dengan NPV Rp 148.656.030 (>0), Net B/C 7,40 (>1), Gross B/C 1,05 (>1), IRR 64% (>suku bunga), dan PP 3 tahun 7 bulan 2 minggu, sehingga bisnis dinilai layak. Analisis switching value mengindikasikan bahwa bisnis mampu bertahan terhadap adanya penurunan produksi serta kenaikan biaya bahan baku. Simpulannya, pengembangan bisnis lilin aromaterapi Lunara layak menjadi alternatif strategi pengolahan hasil pertanian yang memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi dan mendukung kesejahteraan pelaku usaha.
Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan dan Kebun Bibit Lebak Bulus are facing the issue of excessive market demand, necessitating business development to address this problem. The development of a business that processes orchid flowers into scented candle presents a solution to surplus market demand and enhances econoic value. The methods employed include internal and external environmental analysis, QSPM, and feasibility analysis from both financial and non-financial aspects. The prioritized strategy identifies is the development of Lunara scented candle business. Financial analysis demonstrates the investment feasibility, with an NPV of Rp 148.656.030 (>0), Net B/C of 7,40 (>1), Gross B/C of 1,05 (>1), IRR of 64% (>discount rate), and PP of 3 years, 7 months, and 2 weeks, thus indicating the business is feasible. Switching value analysis indicates that the business is resilient againts production declines of the Lunara scented candle business is deemed a feasible alternative strategy for agricultural product processing that provides added economic value and supports the welfare of business actors.
