| Abstract: | HeHa Sky View merupakan destinasi wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, D.I. HeHa Sky View is a tourism destination located in Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, offering elevated natural panoramas and a variety of aesthetically designed artificial attractions. Despite its diverse tourism resources, the available activities are considered insufficiently varied and less optimal in attracting visitor interest. This study aims to identify the potential tourism resources, tourist activities, visitor preferences regarding tourism activities, and to design tourism activity development programs based on those resources. The research was conducted from December 2024 to May 2025 using observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using Likert scale, resource assessment, and SWOT analysis. The results indicate that Sky Glass stands out in terms of beauty and sensitivity, while Sky Pillar is notable for its uniqueness. The most common activities among visitors include enjoying culinary offerings, taking photos, and appreciating the afternoon to evening views. The highest strategic value lies in the Strength–Opportunity (SO) quadrant, leading to the design of two tourism programs: SkyVibe and Sky Culture, which offer activities such as yoga, painting, outdoor cinema, batik workshops, fashion shows, and photography. These programs are expected to enhance the variety of tourism activities and strengthen HeHa Sky View’s appeal as a creative and sustainable tourism destination. |
