dc.description.abstractModel bisnis berkelanjutan penting untuk memperkuat ketahanan peternakan rakyat. Penelitian ini mengkaji Korporasi Peternakan Rakyat SATRIA PADU dengan pendekatan Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) yang mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Metode studi kasus digunakan dengan wawancara terhadap Asisten Manajer PT PLN NP UP Tanjung Awar-awar, akademisi IPB, manajemen SATRIA PADU, serta studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan melalui IFE, EFE, SWOT, TOWS, QSPM, dan PESTEL. Hasil menunjukkan SATRIA PADU mengembangkan diversifikasi produk ramah lingkungan, adopsi teknologi digital, dan kolaborasi multipihak. Prinsip ekonomi sirkular diterapkan melalui pemanfaatan limbah menjadi biogas dan pupuk organik, meski pengelolaan non-organik masih terbatas. Posisi strategi berada pada “Hold and Maintain”, dengan prioritas edukasi dan branding, transformasi SDM, serta digitalisasi pemasaran.-
dc.description.abstractSustainable business models are crucial for strengthening the resilience of smallholder livestock enterprises. This study aims to optimize sustainable business strategies for the SATRIA PADU People’s Livestock Corporation using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC), which integrates economic, social, and environmental dimensions. A case study approach with qualitative and quantitative methods was applied, involving in-depth interviews with stakeholders, field observations, and literature review. Analysis tools included IFE, EFE, SWOT, TOWS, QSPM, and PESTEL. Results indicate that SATRIA PADU develops through product diversification, digital adoption, and community-based collaboration. Circular economy practices, such as waste utilization into biogas and organic fertilizer, have been implemented, though non-organic waste management remains limited. Positioned in “Hold and Maintain,” SATRIA PADU prioritizes sustainable branding, human resource transformation, and digital marketing strategies to enhance long-term competitiveness.-
