The increasing use of chemical fertilizers and suboptimal management of cattle waste in the Indonesian agricultural sector have created problems. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the processing of cattle manure into organic fertilizer by the Parikesit Farmers Group is economically profitable and sustainable. The financial feasibility analysis included NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and Payback Period, while the sustainability analysis was conducted using a Multiaspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) approach encompassing economic, social, environmental, and institutional aspects. The results indicate that this business is financially viable with an NPV of Rp130,416,630, an IRR of 23%, a Net B/C of 1.07, and a payback period of 5,2. Furthermore, the aggregate sustainability index reached 72.44%, placing the business in the sustainable category with its influencing factors.
