Abstract: Pola agroforestri menjadi salah satu metode meningkatkan biomassa karena terdapat banyak jenis tanaman yang berpotensi menyimpan cadangan karbon di dalamnya.
Agroforestry patterns are one of the methods to increase biomass because there are many types of plants that have the potential to store carbon. Information on estimated carbon reserves in the community forests of Karyasari Village is not yet available. This study aims to estimate carbon reserves and compare the accuracy of estimates with and without stratification. This study uses the stratified systematic sampling with random start method with 31 circular sample plots of 0.1 ha and a distance of 100 m between plots. Stratification is based on land slope. The estimated average carbon stock without stratification was 24.88 ± 24.62 tons/ha with a sampling error of 19%, while with stratification it was 13.46 ± 2.29 tons/ha with a sampling error of 17%. The accuracy of the estimated carbon stock with stratification was better than without stratification, so the estimated carbon stock value was based on stratification.
