Abstract: Industri kecantikan di Indonesia berkembang pesat, namun masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan seperti penggunaan banyak produk sekaligus yang tidak efisien, risiko iritasi akibat kombinasi bahan aktif, dan kebingungan dalam urutan pemakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang solusi konvensional berbentuk produk 2in1 body mask bernama Natooskin, yang menggabungkan fungsi lulur dan masker dalam satu formula praktis, sekaligus memverifikasi model bisnisnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan customer discovery dengan tahapan uji masalah, perancangan solusi, validasi model bisnis menggunakan Business Model Canvas, serta uji solusi melalui wawancara terhadap 10 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Natooskin 2in1 body mask menjawab permasalahan utama responden, seperti keinginan terhadap efisiensi waktu, keamanan bahan alami, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Model bisnis Natooskin juga terverifikasi dari tiga aspek utama: kesesuaian produk dengan pasar, strategi menjangkau pelanggan melalui marketplace dan media sosial, serta potensi pendapatan dari penjualan langsung dan bundling produk. Dengan demikian, Natooskin memiliki potensi kuat untuk dikembangkan menjadi solusi perawatan kulit tubuh lokal yang praktis, terjangkau, dan sesuai kebutuhan konsumen modern.
The body skincare industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing, yet many issues remain unresolved, such as the inefficiency of using multiple products simultaneously, skin irritation caused by active ingredients, and confusion about usage order. This research aims to design a conventional solution in the form of a 2in1 body mask product called Natooskin, which combines scrub and mask functions in one practical formula, while also validating business model. The methodology applies the customer discovery approach, covering problem testing, solution design, business model validation using the Business Model Canvas, and solution testing through interviews with 10 respondents. Results show that the Natooskin 2in1 body mask concept addresses key consumer problems, such as the need for time efficiency, natural ingredient safety, and ease of use. The business model is also validated through three main aspects: product-market fit, effective customer outreach via marketplaces and social media, and revenue potential through direct sales and bundled offers. Therefore, Natooskin demonstrates strong potential to evolve into a practical, affordable, and consumer-focused local skincare solution.
