The increasing use of digital platforms has significantly impacted the dynamics of digital communication, particularly in the dissemination of information through streaming services such as Vidio, which excels in delivering Sport Content in Indonesia. This study explores the post production process of sports programming on Vidio as part of a broader media production management system. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method through observation, literature review, and interviews, the analysis is based on management functions theory, encompassing planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The findings indicate that the post production stages align with the principles of management functions; however, there remains potential for greater efficiency through the integration of digital tools such as Google Calendar and interactive dashboards. In conclusion, adaptive media production management based on digital platforms can enhance operational efficiency and serve as a strategic reference for the future development of digital content production systems. |
