| Abstract: | Salah satu skema sertifikasi keamanan pangan yang memenuhi persyaratan
peraturan banyak negara dan pasar yaitu FSSC 22000. PT Sanghiang Perkasa telah
menerapkan FSSC 22000 V6 dengan klausul terbaru 2.5.15 terkait manajemen
peralatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi, mengidentifikasi, dan
memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terkait implementasi manajemen peralatan di
PT Sanghiang Perkasa. Data yang diperoleh melalui alat bantu checklist diolah
menggunakan metode analisis kesenjangan (gap analysis). Hasil analisis
kesenjangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan gap pada implementasi
manajemen peralatan berdasarkan standar FSSC 22000 versi 6 dengan kondisi
aktual perusahaan (zero non-conformity). Perusahaan dapat menerapkan program
continuous improvement untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem
manajemen peralatan melalui pendekatan perbaikan berkelanjutan sesuai prinsip
FSSC 22000 versi 6. One of the food safety certification schemes that meets regulatory requirements in many countries and markets is FSSC 22000. PT Sanghiang Perkasa has implemented FSSC 22000 V6, including the latest clause 2.5.15 concerning equipment management. The objective of this research is to evaluate, identify, and provide improvement recommendations regarding the implementation of equipment management at PT Sanghiang Perkasa. Data were collected using a checklist tool and analyzed using the gap analysis method. The results of the gap analysis showed that there was no gap in the implementation of equipment management based on FSSC 22000 version 6 standards compared to the company’s actual conditions (zero non-conformity). The company can implement a continuous improvement program to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its equipment management system through a continual improvement approach in line with the principles of FSSC 22000 version 6. |
