Synbiotics are a combination of prebiotics and probiotics that interact synergistically. This study aimed to analyze the use of symbiotics inulin and Bifidobacterium bifidum on the total blood protein and hematology profile of sheep blood. This study used 8 thin-tailed sheep with 2 treatments and 4 replications. P0= control feed (concentrate + tofu dregs + field grass), P1= control feed + 3 mL symbiotic. The parameters observed were blood total protein, erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobyn, hematocrit, and leukocyte differentiation. Data analysis using independent sample t-test. The result showed that the administration of synbiotics very significantly (P<0.01) increased hematocrit and monocytes, and decreased the number of blood basophil, and significantly (P<0.05) increased blood erythrocytes. The administration of synbiotics did not significantly (P>0.05) affect total blood protein nutrient comsumption of sheep. Intervention of 3 mL dose of synbiotic showed immunomodulation in the form of an increase in the number of monocytes and a decrease in basophils, without affecting hematological parameters
