| Abstract: | Perkembangan teknologi di era digital saat ini semakin berkembang. Video
company profile kini menjadi salah satu alat komunikasi perusahaan untuk
berkembang untuk menyebarkan informasi serta memperkenalkan identitas yang
berkembang di dalam perusahaan. PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta sebagai penyedia jasa
transportasi publik nasional membutuhkan sebua media yang mampu
menyampaikan informasi dengan menarik. Oleh karena itu, video company profile
dipilih sebagai media yang mampu menyebarkan informasi dengan memadukan
elemen visual dan naratif untuk mendukung citra perusahaan.
Kini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kebanyakan masyarakat lebih suka dan
lebih memilih menonton dan mendengarkan daripada membaca. Hal ini yang
mendorong pembuatan proyek akhir video company profile PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta
ini. Selain untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait perusahaan, video ini juga
mendukung kegiatan strategis internal maupun eksternal serta memudahkan
masyarakat untuk mengetahui gambaran luas tentang PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta.
Pembuatan proyek akhir video company profile ini mencakup 3 tahapan
utama, yaitu pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Tahapan pra-produksi ini
melibatkan proses brainstorming, observasi lokasi, penulisan naskah, serta
pembuatan shotlist oleh videografer. Tahap produksi fokus terhadap pengambilan
gambar yang menerapkan teknik sinematografi, sedangkan tahap pasca produksi
mencakup editing visual, penambahan animasi, penyelarasan voice over,
penyesuaian audio serta color grading.
Dalam proses penerapan teknik pengambilan gambar pada tahap
produksinya, proyek akhir video company profile ini menerapkan berbagai
komponen penting dalam teknik sinematografi seperti penerapan camera angle
(high level, eye level, low level), type of shot (extreme long shot, long shot, full shot),
pergerakan kamera (panning, tracking), pencahayaan alami, dan komposisi gambar
(rule of third). Seluruh teknik ini diterapkan dan dikombinasikan untuk
menghasilkan video company profile yang informatif dan menarik.
Hasil akhir proyek ini adalah menciptakan video company profile yang
memiliki pendekatan strategis yang berfokus pada penyampaian informasi secara
jelas, akurat, menarik juga dibungkus dengan pendekatan narasi berbasis
storytelling menjadi unsur utama dalam video ini. Dengan mengangkat narasi yang
mengalir dan menyentuh sisi emosional. The development of technology in today's digital era is growing. Video company profile is now one of the company's communication tools to develop to disseminate information and introduce the identity that develops within the company. PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta as a national public transportation service provider needs a medium that is able to convey information attractively. Therefore, the company profile video was chosen as a medium that is able to disseminate information by combining visual and narrative elements to support the company's image. It is now undeniable that most people prefer to watch and listen rather than read. This is what prompted the making of this PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta company profile video final project. In addition to disseminating information related to the company, this video also supports internal and external strategic activities and makes it easier for the public to know the broad picture of PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta. The making of this company profile video final project includes 3 main stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. The preproduction stage involves brainstorming, location observation, script writing, and shotlist creation by the videographer. The production stage focuses on shooting that applies cinematography techniques, while the post-production stage includes visual editing, adding animation, voice over alignment, audio adjustment and color grading. In the process of applying shooting techniques in the production stage, this company profile video final project applies various important components in cinematography techniques such as the application of camera angle (high level, eye level, low level), type of shot (extreme long shot, long shot, full shot), camera movement (panning, tracking), natural lighting, and image composition (rule of third). All these techniques are applied and combined to produce an informative and interesting company profile video. The final result of this project is to create a company profile video that has a strategic approach that focuses on conveying information clearly, accurately, and interestingly wrapped in a storytelling-based narrative approach as the main element in this video. By promoting a narrative that flows and touches the emotional side of the company. |
