Abstract: Indonesia merupakan produsen kelapa terbesar di dunia. Sesuai misi presiden periode 2024-2029 kegiatan ekspor dilakukan dalam produk jadi maupun setengah jadi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing dan potensi pengembangan ekspor kopra, Crude Coconut Oil (CCO) dan bungkil kopra Indonesia serta kompetitornya di negara tujuan utama sebelum, saat, dan setelah COVID-19. Data berasal dari data sekunder tahun 2013-2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD) serta X-Model Potential Export Product. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kopra, CCO, dan bungkil kopra Indonesia berdaya saing di seluruh pasar dan periode (RCA > 1) kecuali kopra di pasar Malaysia pada periode sebelum pandemi (RCA 0,28). Hasil EPD menunjukkan produk kopra, CCO, dan bungkil kopra selalu ada pasar yang memiliki posisi rising star di seluruh periode pada negara importir utama kecuali pada CCO periode sebelum COVID-19. Hasil X-Model menunjukkan kopra Indonesia dapat dikembangkan di pasar Bangladesh, Pakistan dan Malaysia, CCO di pasar Sri Lanka, China, Belanda dan Malaysia, serta bungkil kopra di seluruh negara importir utama
Indonesia is the world's largest coconut producer. In accordance with the presidential mission for the 2024-2029 period, export activities are carried out in finished and semi-finished products to increase product added value. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness and potential for developing Indonesian copra, Crude Coconut Oil (CCO), and copra meal exports and their competitors in major destination countries before, during, and after COVID-19. Data comes from secondary data from 2013-2023. The methods used are Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and X-Model Potential Export Product. The results show that Indonesian copra, CCO, and copra meal are competitive in all markets and periods (RCA > 1) except for copra in the Malaysian market in the period before the pandemic (RCA 0.28). The EPD results show that copra, CCO, and copra meal products always have a market that has a rising star position in all periods in major importing countries except for CCO in the period before COVID-19. The results of the X-Model show that Indonesian copra can be developed in the Bangladesh, Pakistan and Malaysia markets, CCO in the Sri Lanka, China, Netherlands and Malaysia markets, and copra meal in all major importing countries.
