| dc.description.abstract | Penurunan penjualan pada produk minuman herbal bandrek terjadi pada setiap bulan dikarenakan oleh masalah manajerial, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan manajamen dan membangun kembali produk yang dijual. PD Alam Aneka Aroma merupakan suatu perusahaan yang memiliki unit bisnis menjual bandrek instan, yang memiliki kesalahan manajerial dan juga penurunan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megindentifikasi kelayakan serta menentukan langkah strategis yang direncanakan oleh perusahaan. Metode Penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Faktor Internal dan Eksternal, Metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), serta Studi Kelayakan Bisnis. Hasil dari metode penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa perusahaan mendapatkan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang utama paling dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, dan juga hasil kelayakan dalam faktor teknis dan finansial menunjukan perusahaan layak untuk memulai bisnis kembali. Implikasi bisnis yang ditentukan adalah penerapan strategi untuk bekerja sama dengan mitra dalam pengembangan pemasaran, dan juga layak dan siap untuk memulai bisnis kembali karena penentuan dari segi teknis dan finansial yang dikatakan layak. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Sales of bandrek herbal drinks have declined every month due to managerial issues, requiring management improvements and product rebranding. PD Alam Aneka Aroma is a company with a business unit selling instant bandrek, which has experienced managerial errors and declining sales. This study aims to identify the feasibility and determine the strategic steps planned by the company. The research methods used are Internal and External Factor Analysis, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method, and a Business Feasibility Study. The results of the research methods indicate that the company has identified the primary business development strategies most needed by the company, and the feasibility results in technical and financial factors show that the company is viable to restart its business. The business implications determined are the implementation of strategies to collaborate with partners in marketing development, and the company is viable and ready to restart its business based on the technical and financial feasibility determinations. | - |
