| dc.description.abstract | In the digital era, learning videos have become essential tools for effective information delivery. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan uses this medium to support employee training by presenting materials visually and audibly. This project resulted in a mini-series on complaint handling, covering four key topics through educational narratives and real-work simulations, without animation but using a cinematic approach. Cinematography techniques such as camera angles, shot sizes, composition, and continuity were applied to enhance storytelling. Referring to Joseph V. Mascelli’s theory, the videos aim to support self-learning and provide relevant learning experiences. Outputs include learning videos, production documentation, intellectual property protection, and an MoU. This media is expected to contribute to the continuous development of human resources within BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. | |
