Inovasi Produser Siniar (Podcast) ‘Generasi Muda Berinvestasi Digital’ di Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi

Abstract

Podcast hasil kolaborasi antar mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi IPB University jurusan Komunikasi Digital dan Media dengan Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi terutama dengan bagian Kedeputian Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal diberi judul “Generasi Muda Berinvestasi Digital”. Proses pengelolaan siniar ini adalah bentuk optimalisasi hasil dari siniar yang sudah lama ada di kanal Youtube Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi/BKPM. Produser berperan penting dalam pembuatan program siniar, mulai dari proses perencanaan produksi, produksi hingga pasca produksi. Optimalisasi yang dilakukan oleh produser melewati beberapa tahapan yaitu tahapan perencanaan pra-produksi, perencanaan produksi seperti menentukan teknik dan alat rekam, mengarahkan host dan narasumber, serta penyusunan prosedur kerja tim produksi. Optimalisasi siniar Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi/BKPM ini memiliki tujuan dan manfaat seperti menyediakan siniar yang interaktif, menunjang tingkat efektivitas audiens, serta pemenuhan motif kognitif sebagai landasan dari penggunaan teori uses and gratification. Teori ini dijadikan acuan oleh produser untuk membuat siniar yang menarik, kreatif, inovatif serta tepat sasaran yaitu dengan target audiens generasi muda. Podcast ini juga digunakan sebagai wadah bagi Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi/BKPM untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait kemudahan yang diberikan melalui digitalisasi perizinan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Melalui siniar ini juga diharapkan para generasi muda yang sudah tanggap akan teknologi menjadi tertarik untuk ikut ambil bagian dalam mendorong perekonomian Indonesia melalui investasi digital terutama pada sektor Usaha Kecil, Mikro, dan Menengah. Proses perizinan juga sudah sangat dimudahkan dan bisa diakses secara daring oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat sehingga tidak ada lagi hambatan dari masyarakat yang merasa kesusahan untuk mendapatkan izin legalitas di Indonesia. Melalui laporan akhir ini produser menginginkan agar keberlangsungan dari program siniar Investalk terus dilaksanakan agar tidak menimbulkan rasa kurang dari kepuasan audiens.

The podcast's management process optimizes the results of a long-running podcast on the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM YouTube channel. The producer plays a crucial role in creating the podcast, from production planning through production to post-production. The optimization process involves several stages: pre-production planning, production planning, such as determining recording techniques and equipment, directing hosts and speakers, and establishing work procedures for the production team. The optimization of the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM podcast has the following goals and benefits: providing an interactive podcast, supporting audience engagement, and fulfilling cognitive motivations, as a foundation for the uses and gratification theory. This theory serves as a guide for the producer to create an engaging, creative, innovative, and targeted podcast aimed at the younger generation. This podcast also serves as a platform for the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Investment/BKPM to disseminate information regarding the convenience provided through digital licensing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises for the Indonesian people. Through this podcast, it is also hoped that the younger generation who are already responsive to technology will be interested in taking part in driving the Indonesian economy through digital investment, especially in the Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprise sector. The licensing process has also been greatly simplified and can be accessed online by all levels of society, eliminating obstacles for people who find it difficult to obtain legal permits in Indonesia. Through this final report, the producer hopes that the Investalk podcast program will continue to be implemented to avoid a feeling of lack of satisfaction from the audience.
