Abstract: Rosys Veggies Farm memproduksi tanaman lidah buaya yang belum dimanfaatkan karena permintaan sedikit terhadap lidah buaya. Lidah buaya sebagai bahan dasar produk dapat diolah perusahaan menjadi produk yang memiliki harga jual lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan ide dan menyusun pengembangan bisnis berdasarkan hasil SWOT, analisis sikap konsumen dengan metode analisis fishbein, dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sukabumi pada bulan Juli hingga Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis fishbein dan analisis kelayakan berdasarkan non finansial dan finansial. Hasil analisis sikap konsumen yaitu produk dikatakan baik terdapat pada interval 15,4 < Ao < 20,2. Hasil kriteria investasi dinyatakan layak dengan NPV sebesar Rp581.643.189, IRR sebesar 161%, Gross B/C 2,86, Net B/C sebesar 5,87, dan Payback period 1 tahun 65 bulan. Adapun untuk analisis switching value mentoleransi perubahan maksimum penurunan produksi sebesar 65,67% dan kenaikan harga input sebesar 252,78%.
Rosys Veggies Farm produces aloe vera plants that have not been utilized due to low demand for aloe vera. Aloe vera as a basic ingredient can be processed by the company into products with a higher selling price. The purpose of this research is to formulate ideas and develop a business plan based on SWOT analysis results, consumer attitude analysis using the Fishbein method, and feasibility analysis .This research was conducted in Sukabumi from July to December 2024. This study uses the Fishbein analysis method, non-financial analysis, and financial analysis. The investment criteria results based on feasibility criteria are an NPV of Rp581,643,189, an IRR of 161%, a Gross B/C of 2.86, a Net B/C of 5.87, and a Payback period of 1 year and 65 months. As for the switching value analysis, it shows that the development of the Aloe Body Soap product business can tolerate a maximum change in production decrease and a decrease in selling price of 65.67%, and an increase input price of 252.78%.
