dc.description.abstractProyek ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik storytelling dalam penulisan naskah video pembelajaran Complaint Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan menggunakan konsep mini series. Latar belakang proyek ini adalah rendahnya keterlibatan pegawai terhadap e-learning yang bersifat monoton dan teoritis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, diskusi dengan mitra, riset materi, penulisan sinopsis dan treatment, hingga penyusunan naskah berbasis storytelling yang dikembangkan menjadi empat video pembelajaran. Hasil proyek menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu mengubah penyampaian materi pelatihan menjadi lebih komunikatif, emosional, dan kontekstual, tanpa mengurangi esensi edukatif. Meski menghadapi tantangan dalam hal durasi, keseimbangan antara edukasi dan cerita, serta keterbatasan produksi, solusi kreatif berhasil diterapkan melalui penulisan naskah yang terstruktur dan revisi berbasis umpan balik mitra. dc.description.abstractThis project aims to apply storytelling techniques in scriptwriting for the Complaint Handling training videos of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, using a mini-series concept. The project was motivated by low employee engagement with monotonous and theoretical e-learning content. Methods used include observation, discussions with partners, material research, synopsis and treatment writing, and developing a storytelling-based script into four training videos. Results show that this approach makes the training content more communicative, emotional, and contextual without losing its educational essence. Despite challenges related to duration, balancing education and narrative, and production limitations, creative solutions were implemented through structured scriptwriting and partner feedback revisions. The project concludes that storytelling is an effective tool in learning media and can be broadly applied to other training topics.-
