Abstract: Virtual tour merupakan inovasi media digital yang menyajikan pengalaman wisata secara fleksibel dan berbasis teknologi sebagai media promosi di Unit Pengelola Pusat Kesenian Jakarta Taman Ismail Marzuki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan virtual tour sebagai media promosi di Unit Pengelola Pusat Kesenian Jakarta Taman Ismail Marzuki (UPPKJ TIM). Kegiatan proyek akhir dilakukan pada bulan Januari – Juni 2025. Data yang diambil terbagi menjadi dua tahapan utama. Tahap pertama merupakan tahap pra-produksi dan Tahap kedua merupakan tahap produksi yang mengacu pada pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang terdiri atas enam tahapan, yaitu Concept, Material Collecting, Design, Assembly , Testing, dan Distribution. Pada tahap Testing, dilakukan penilaian terhadap konten video virtual tour dan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Teknik pengambilan data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Analisis data terdiri dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa virtual tour dapat diakses dengan baik melalui berbagai perangkat digital tanpa hambatan teknis yang signifikan. Luaran proyek akhir berupa video 360? yang dikemas dalam antarmuka interaktif menggunakan Lapentor.
Virtual tour is a digital media innovation that presents a flexible and technology-based tourism experience as a promotional medium at the Jakarta Arts Center Management Unit Taman Ismail Marzuki. This study aims to design and implement a virtual tour as a promotional medium at the Jakarta Arts Center Management Unit Taman Ismail Marzuki (UPPKJ TIM). The final project activities were carried out in April - June 2025. The data collected was divided into two main stages. The first stage is the pre-production stage and the second stage is the production stage referring to the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach, which consists of six stages, namely Concept, Material Collecting, Design, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. In the Testing stage, an assessment of the virtual tour video content and measurement of user satisfaction levels were carried out. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis consisted of qualitative and quantitative data using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the virtual tour can be accessed well through various digital devices without significant technical obstacles. The final project output is a 360 video packaged in an interactive interface using Lapentor.
