The study employed a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation, involving librarians and the library’s social media team as informants. The analysis applied Chaffey and Smith’s (2017) Digital Strategy theory supported by the SWOT approach. The findings reveal that visual content strategies, communicative language use, and prompt audience engagement effectively increased public interaction and library visits.
