| Abstract: | CV Minaqu Indonesia mengalami penurunan penjualan di pasar lokal akibat strategi pemasaran yang belum berjalan optimal, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya pendapatan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis IFE, EFE, SWOT dan IE, dilanjutkan metode AHP untuk menentukan prioritas strategi, serta evaluasi penerapan melalui metode VIEW dan analisis finansial. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembuatan media promosi melalui Linktree merupakan pilihan utama, dengan faktor kualitas sebagai pengaruh terbesar sebesar (0,341), aktor dominan adalah pemilik usaha sebesar (0,482), dan tujuan utama peningkatan keuntungan (0,471). Alternatif strategi yang dipilih adalah pembuatan katalog produk dalam Linktree sebesar (0,326). Evaluasi menggunakan metode VIEW menunjukkan peningkatan skor dari rata-rata 1,9 sebelum penerapan menjadi 3,9. Analisis finansial menghasilkan laba bersih setelah pajak dari Rp19.547.529 menjadi Rp26.833.914 dan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,81 menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan. CV Minaqu Indonesia experienced a decline in local market sales due to suboptimal marketing strategies, wich resulted in low company revenue. This study employed IFE, EFE, SWOT, and IE analyses, followed by the AHP method to determine strategic priorities, as well as an evaluation of implementation using the VIEW method and financial analysis. The AHP results indicated that developing promotional media through Linktree was the main strategic choice, with quality being the most influential factor (0.341), the business owener as the dominant actor (0.482), and profit increase as the main goal (0.471). The selected alternative strategy was creating a product catalog within Linktree (0.326). The evaluation using the VIEW method showed an increase in the everage score from 1.9 before implementation to 3.9 after implementation. The financial analysis revealed an increase in net profit after tax from IDR 19,547,529 to IDR 26,833,914, and the R/C ratio of 1.81 indicates that this business was feasible to operate. |
