dc.description.abstractNabila Farm Lembang membudidayakan sayuran hidroponik seperti selada keriting hijau, pakcoy, dan caisim. Dari hasil panen, rata-rata 82,09 kg selada keriting hijau grade B per bulan tidak lolos sortasi dan belum dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dengan memanfaatkan sayuran grade B tersebut sebagai upaya diversifikasi produk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis sikap konsumen (model Fishbein), analisis nilai tambah Hayami, serta analisis kelayakan usaha secara non finansial dan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh atribut produk lettuce chips memperoleh tanggapan positif dari konsumen dengan skor rata-rata 18,41 dengan rasa dan kerenyahan sebagai atribut dominan. Nilai tambah sebesar Rp133.818 dengan rasio 56%. Secara finansial, usaha dinyatakan layak dijalankan dengan NPV Rp133.409.290, Net B/C 2,23, Gross B/C 1,21, IRR 64%, dan Payback Period 3 tahun 6 bulan.-
dc.description.abstractNabila Farm Lembang cultivates hydroponic vegetables such as green curly lettuce, pakcoy, and mustard greens. From the harvest, an average of 82,09 kg of grade B green curly lettuce per month does not pass sorting and is not utilized. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a business by utilizing these grade B vegetables as a product diversification effort. The methods used include consumer attitude analysis (Fishbein model), Hayami value added analysis, and non financial and financial business feasibility analysis. The results showed that all lettuce chips product attributes received a positive response from consumers with an average score of 18,41 with taste and crispiness as the dominant attributes. The resulting added value was Rp133.818 with a ratio of 56%. Financially, this business was declared feasible to run with an NPV of Rp133.409.290, a Net B/C of 2,23, a Gross B/C of 1,21, an IRR of 64%, and a Payback Period of 3 years and 6 months.-
