The storm stork is a protected bird species under Law No. 5/1990 on the Conservation of Living Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems, and is listed as a protected species under Ministerial Regulation LHK 106/2018. The storm stork is categorised as endangered by the IUCN. This study aims to analyse the distribution, predict habitat suitability, and analyse habitat variables of the storm stork in Pondok Ambung Resort and Pesalat Resort, Tanjung Puting National Park. The methods used include transect, point count, and camera traps. Data analysis was conducted using ArGis 10.8 software and MaxEnt v3.3.4k software to create a spatial distribution model for the Storm's stork. The Storm's stork population was found at Pesalat Resort with 6 individuals, with a density of 0,002632 individuals/ha or 0,026 individuals/km². The distribution of the storm stork in Pesalat Resort was found at 6 points, with the distribution occurring in lowland forest and peat swamp forest areas. The habitat suitability model for the storm stork was accepted with an AUC value of 0,910. The variable with the highest contribution was distance from the river.
