| Abstract: | PT East West Seed Indonesia merupakan perusahaan agribisnis yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan pengembangan benih hortikultura unggul. Proses pengadaan yang masih manual menyebabkan keterlambatan, kesalahan administrasi, dan menurunnya efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan pengadaan digital terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan, serta menilai kelayakan investasinya. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan webqual 4.0 dan analisis biaya manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai R square sebesar 91.2%. Kepuasan pengguna juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R square sebesar 82%. Dari aspek finansial, investasi pengadaan digital dinilai layak dengan NPV sebesar Rp43.227.325, payback period 1 tahun 8 bulan 9 hari, dan ROI 53%. Penerapan pengadaan digital terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja perusahaan. PT East West Seed Indonesia is an agribusiness company engaged in the production and development of superior horticultural seeds. The manual procurement process has led to delays, administrative errors, and decreased efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital procurement implementation on user satisfaction and its effect on employee performance, as well as to assess its investment feasibility. The analysis employed multiple linear regression with the webqual 4.0 framework and a cost benefit analysis. The results show that usability, information quality, and service interaction quality significantly influence user satisfaction, with an R square of 91.2%. User satisfaction also positively impacts employee performance, with an R square of 82%. Financially, the investment is feasible with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 51.203.196, a payback period of 1 years 8 month 9 days, and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 53%. The digital procurement system effectively enhances operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and company performance. |
