Abstract: Aplikasi pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan 244 kg ha-1 tahun-1.
The application of organic fertilizer has been demonstrated to enhance crop yield, with a documented increase of up to 244 kilograms per hectare per year. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of varying organic fertilizer dosages on the productivity of Arabica coffee crops. The research was conducted from January to September of 2024 at the GAPOKTAN Farm in Cikembang Village, Kertasari District, Bandung Regency, and the Laboratory of the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, IPB University. A Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) was utilized, with a single factor, namely fertilizer dose, serving as the treatment. The planting distance utilized was 2 x 2 m, while the distance of the shade provided by the pine trees was 8 x 5 m. The application of five levels of organic fertilizer did not significantly increase the vegetative variables of coffee plants or the yield components. However, doses of 10, 20, 30, and 40 kg plant-1 year-1 were able to increase the tendency for better results in the number of fruits per cluster. The highest application dose of 40 kg plant-1 year-1 increased total production by 2.59 kg, with a fruit yield per kg approaching the potential of the Gayo 1 variety. It also had a very effective RAE of 335.62% for fertilizing Arabica coffee plants.
