| Abstract: | Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan pola konsumsi informasi wisata, khususnya di kalangan wisatawan milenial. Website selayaknya menjadi sumber informasi kepariwisataan yang dapat diandalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut serta merancang pembaruan website agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna wisatawan milenial. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed methods), dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan masih berada dalam kategori tidak berkualitas, dengan indeks rata-rata di bawah 50 persen. Terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Rekomendasi perbaruan website difokuskan pada kemudahan, kualitas informasi serta kulitas layaan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi wisatawan milenial. The advancement of digital technology has transformed how millennial tourists consume tourism information. Website should be a reliable source of tourism information. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the official website of the Garut Regency Tourism and Culture Department and to propose a website redesign to better meet the needs of millennial users. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from 100 respondents through questionnaires and qualitative data from observation, interviews, and literature review. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the effect of website quality dimensions on user satisfaction. The findings reveal that usability, information quality, and service interaction quality dimensions are still categorized as poor, with average index scores below 50 percent. A positive and significant correlation was found between website quality and user satisfaction. The recommended website redesign focuses on improving accessibility, content completeness, responsive layout, and navigation ease to align with millennial tourist expectations. |
