Abstract: Perilaku seksual pranikah di kalangan remaja merupakan masalah kritis yang berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, pola asuh spiritual ayah, dan frekuensi berpacaran terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study melibatkan 381 remaja kelas 11 SMA/SMK di Kota Bogor. Responden dipilih secara purposive sampling yang melibatkan remaja berusia 15-19 tahun, pernah atau sedang berpacaran, dan memiliki ayah yang masih hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pola asuh spiritual ayah tergolong tinggi, serta perilaku seksual pranikah tergolong rendah. Presentase terbesar frekuensi berpacaran adalah satu kali. Remaja laki-laki memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi untuk melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah. Kemudian, pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pola asuh spiritual ayah lebih baik pada remaja perempuan. Hasil uji pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pola asuh spiritual ayah berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung dan bersifat negatif terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah. Selanjutnya, frekuensi berpacaran berpengaruh langsung dan positif signifikan terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah. Disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan memperbaiki serta meningkatkan pola asuh spiritual ayah terhadap anak.
Premarital sexual behavior among adolescents is a critical issue that affects various aspects of life. This study aims to analyze the influence of reproductive health knowledge, spiritual parenting by fathers, and dating frequency on premarital sexual behavior. The study use a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design involving 381 eleventh-grade high school students in Bogor City. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, targeting adolescents aged 15–19 years who had been or were currently dating and had a living father. The results indicate that reproductive health knowledge and spiritual parenting by fathers are relatively high, while premarital sexual behavior is relatively low. The highest percentage of dating frequency was once. Male adolescents had a higher tendency to engage in premarital sexual behavior. Additionally, reproductive health knowledge and spiritual parenting by fathers were better among female adolescents. The results of the influence test showed that reproductive health knowledge and spiritual parenting by fathers had a significant direct and negative effect on premarital sexual behavior. Furthermore, dating frequency has a direct and positive significant effect on premarital sexual behavior. It is recommended to continue improving adolescents' reproductive health knowledge and to improve and enhance fathers' spiritual parenting toward their children.
