The abuse of narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances (NAPZA) poses serious threat to national resilience, affecting various levels of society from macro to micro, including parents who serve as heads of households. This study aims to analyze the influence social support and coping strategies on the subjective well-being of heads of households undergoing NAPZA rehabilitation. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional umbrella design, conducted at the National Narcotics Board (BNN) Rehabilitation Center in Lido, Bogor. Respondents were selected purposively, consisting of 36 NAPZA who are heads of households. Data collection was carried out over approximately three months, from March to May 2025. These findings indicate that social support from family, friends, and rehabilitation officers, along with the ability to apply adaptive coping strategies, plays an important role in enhancing the subjective well-being of heads of families who use drugs during rehabilitation as well as the need for active involvement from all parties within the immediate environment of the head of the family to create a holistic recovery condition from drug abuse .
