Abstract: HADY RAHMANTO. Analisis Usaha CV. My Meatshop Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Dibimbing oleh ANNISA HAKIM. Daging merah merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tidak hanya sebagai sumber protein yang tinggi, namun juga daging merah dapat membantu meningkatkan energi dan kekuatan tubuh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengelolaan usaha peternakan sebagai mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan kompetensi selama di perkuliahan khususnya dibidang produk peternakan, menambah keterampilan berbisnis pada produk peternakan khususnya penjualan daging, melakukan analisis SWOT, analisis keuangan, dan memahami strategi pemasaran suatu perusahaan dengan tujuan mengetahui usaha yang dijalankan tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan atau tidak. Metode pelaksanaan dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu metode pengambilan data dan metode analisis keuangan. Aspek usaha yang perlu diperhatikan pada analisis usaha daging meliputi biaya tetap, biaya variabel, evaluasi keuangan, dan manajemen produksi. Manajemen produksi meliputi manajemen pengadaan dan manajemen kualitas. Evaluasi keuangan meliputi penerimaan, pendapatan, dan Revenue Cost Ratio. Hasil analisis usaha CV. My Meatshop selama 4 bulan didapatkan penerimaan sebanyak Rp9.257.661.000, pendapatan Rp958.283.156, dan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) 1,12.

Red meat is one of the important food ingredients for the Indonesian people, not only as a source of high protein, but also red meat can help increase energy and body strength. The purpose of livestock business management activities is to apply knowledge and competencies while in lectures, especially in the field of livestock products, increase business skills in livestock products, especially meat sales, conduct SWOT analysis, financial analysis, and understand the marketing strategy of a company with the aim of finding out whether the business being run is feasible to continue or not. The implementation method is divided into 2, namely the data collection method and the financial analysis method. Business aspects that need to be considered in meat business analysis include fixed costs, variable costs, financial evaluation, and production management. Production management includes procurement management and quality management. Financial evaluation includes revenue, revenue, and Revenue Cost Ratio. The results of the CV business analysis. My Meatshop for 4 months received revenues of IDR 9,257,661,000, revenue of IDR 958,283,156, and a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.12.
