Non-integrated management of business trips often leads to slow administration, vulnerability to errors, and a lack of transparency. This study develops Finance and Human Resource modules within a web-based information system to address these issues. The system was developed using the flexible Scrum methodology and was functionally tested through Blackbox Testing with a total of 28 successful test scenarios. System validation was also performed with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using a Likert scale questionnaire for user representatives. The UAT results show that the system is highly accepted by users, with an average score of 90%. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance administrative efficiency and transparency, reduce data errors, and provide features for real-time business trip submission and tracking.
