dc.description.abstractIndonesia menghadapi tantangan serius terkait pengelolaan limbah dan degradasi lingkungan. Koperasi sebagai salah satu pilar ekonomi kerakyatan di Indonesia mempunyai peran strategis dalam mewujudkan sistem ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi dan merancang model bisnis sirkular yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan pada Koperasi Multi Pihak (KMP) Wilisia Agri Solution. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SWOT, matriks IFE-EFE, TOWS, QSPM, dan CBMC. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koperasi mempunyai lima strategi prioritas yang harus dikembangkan diantaranya yaitu meningkatkan kontrol kualitas dan mitigasi risiko, memperluas pasar produk ramah lingkungan, membangun kerja sama formal dengan petani lokal, mendorong legalitas produk, dan mengembangkan edukasi digital. Selain itu, dihasilkan rancangan CBMC yang optimal untuk menggambarkan bisnis koperasi yang inklusif, efisien, serta tanggap terhadap keberlanjutan.-
dc.description.abstractIndonesia faces serious challenges related to waste management and environmental degradation. As one of the pillars of the people’s economy in Indonesia, cooperatives hold a strategic role in realizing an inclusive and sustainable economic system. This study aims to formulate strategies and design an adaptive and sustainable circular business model for the Multi-Stakeholder Cooperative (MSC) Wilisia Agri Solution. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches using SWOT analysis, IFE-EFE matrices, TOWS, QSPM, and CBMC methods. The analysis results indicate that the cooperative has five priority strategies to be developed, namely enhancing quality control and risk mitigation, expanding markets for environmentally friendly products, establishing formal cooperation with local farmers, promoting product legality, and developing digital education. In addition, an optimal CBMC design was produced to portray a cooperative business that is inclusive, efficient, and responsive to sustainability.-
