PT Semesta Gemilang Agritainment is a dairy goat farming company based in Yogyakarta that is experiencing revenue fluctuations due to suboptimal business strategies. This study aims to formulate the development of an adaptive and sustainable business model using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach, which incorporates economic, environmental, and social dimensions. The analysis was conducted using the VRIO framework and Porter’s Five Forces, which were then mapped into the IFE-EFE Matrix, and IE Matrix. The findings indicate that the company has strengths in human resources and farming facilities but faces weaknesses in financial management and production technology. Priority strategies include strengthening human resources, digitizing financial systems, innovating dairy products, and collaborating with local communities. The implementation of TLBMC supports the development of a business model that not only focuses on profit but also emphasizes environmental sustainability and social welfare, in order to enhance competitiveness and ensure long-term revenue stability. |
