| Abstract: | Ikan nila merupakan salah satu komoditas ikan air tawar yang banyak
dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Seiring kenaikannya nilai permintaan dimasyarakat,
terdapat kendala selama budidaya ikan nila, yaitu kurangnya penyerapan nutrisi
pakan untuk pertumbuhan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu penggunaan ekstrak
buah mengkudu sebagai zat aditif untuk memaksimalkan pencernaan sehingga
meningkatkan pertumbuhan ikan nila. Percobaan dilakukan selama 40 hari yang
terdiri atas 3 perlakuan, yaitu MKD0 (pakan komersial protein 33%); MKD450
(pakan komersial+450 mL kg-1 pakan), dan MKD500 (pakan komersial+500 mL
kg-1 pakan). Perlakuan MKD450 menghasilkan nilai rasio konversi terendah
sebesar 1,20 dan nilai rasio efisiensi protein tertinggi sebesar 2,58%. Kinerja
pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, harian, dan spesifik menghasilkan nilai yang berbeda
nyata yaitu masing-masing sebesar 13,33 g; 0,41 g hari -1; 2,68 % hari -1 . Tidak ada
hasil yang berbeda nyata terhadap nilai sintasan pada perlakuan penambahan
ekstrak buah mengkudu pada pakan, karena keduanya menghasilkan nilai sebesar
100%. Tilapia is one of the freshwater fish commodities that are widely cultivated in Indonesia. Along with the increasing demand in the community, there are obstacles during tilapia cultivation, namely reduced absorption of feed nutrients for growth. Efforts that can be made are the use of noni fruit extract as an additive to maximize digestion so as to increase the growth of tilapia. The experiment was conducted for 40 days consisting of 3 treatments, namely MKD0 (commercial feed 33% protein); MKD450 (commercial feed + 450 mL kg-1 feed), and MKD500 (commercial feed + 500 mL kg-1 feed). The MKD450 treatment produced the lowest conversion ratio value of 1,20 and the highest protein efficiency ratio value of 2,58%. The absolute, daily, and specific weight growth performance produced significantly different values, namely 13,33 g; 0,41 g day -1; 2,68% day -1. There were no significantly different results regarding the survival value in the treatment of adding noni fruit extract to the feed, because both produced a value of 100%. |
