LoopGoods is a web-based item-sharing platform developed to promote sustainable consumption practices among university students. This study aims to design and build a system that enables students to share second-hand but usable items in an efficient, secure, and organized manner. The system was developed using the Agile methodology and Laravel framework, with an iterative, user-centered approach. Key features include item uploads, search, item requests, user-to-user communication, and dashboards for both users and administrators. The system was evaluated using Black-Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results show that the platform performs as expected, with an average UAT score of 84.8% and a SUS score of 78, falling into the “Good” and “Acceptable” categories. These findings indicate that LoopGoods can serve as a digital solution that supports a sharing culture and waste reduction among students.
