dc.description.abstractBX Sea Bintaro Jaya merupakan destinasi akuarium pertama di Tangerang Selatan dengan konsep wisata edutainment. Pengembangan paket wisata berbasis pada karakteristik, persepsi, dan preferensi wisatawan perlu diupayakan untuk menciptakan variasi aktivitas agar tidak terkesan monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi daya tarik dan paket eksisting, mengkaji karakteristik, persepsi dan preferensi wisatawan, dan merancang paket wisata edutainment. Data daya tarik dan program eksisting diperoleh dengan metode observasi dan studi literatur, dan data wisatawan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan metode One Score-One Indicator dan distribusi frekuensi relatif, kemudian diuraikan secara deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengunjung adalah perempuan berusia 26-35 tahun, berpendidikan tinggi, dan berasal dari wilayah Jabodetabek. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap program BX Sea secara umum positif pada kategori Setuju, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan kualitas informasi dan variasi aktivitas. Preferensi wisatawan cenderung mengarah pada aktivitas edukatif, partisipatif, dan menyenangkan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dirancang dua paket wisata baru yaitu Ocean Tales Show dan Family Aqua Makerspace.-
dc.description.abstractBX Sea Bintaro Jaya is the first aquarium destination in South Tangerang with an edutainment tourism concept. To create diverse activities and avoid monotony, it is essential to develop tour packages tailored to the characteristics, perceptions, and preferences of tourists. This research identifies attractions, existing packages, and examines tourists’ characteristics, perceptions, and preferences to design edutainment tour packages. Data was obtained through observation, literature studies, and questionnaires. Quantitative data was analyzed using the One Score-One Indicator method and relative frequency distribution, followed by descriptive analysis to clarify the findings. The study revealed that the majority of visitors were highly educated women aged 26-35 and originating from Greater Jakarta. While the general perception of the BX Sea program is positive, with a majority of respondents agreeing, there is a need to improve the quality of information and diversify the activities offered. Tourist preferences favor educational, participatory, and fun activities. Based on these results, two new tour packages, Ocean Tales Show and Family Aqua Makerspace, were designed.-
