| Abstract: | Akaruku Hydrofarm setiap produksinya menghasilkan melon grade B yang banyak. Namun melon grade B tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu didirikannya suatu unit bisnis yaitu mengolah melon grade B tersebut menjadi produk es krim melon. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk, dan menganalisis aspek non finansial serta finansial produk es krim melon akaruku. Responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil preferensi dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin menunjukkan bahwa konsumen produk Es krim melon menyukai rasa dominan melon, memiliki tesktur menggunakan pulp melon, warna alami melon, dan harga Rp 15.000 dalam kemasan 100 ml. Hasil analisis non finansial dan finansial Analisis finansial juga dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan berdasarkan analisis kelayakan bisnis dengan menggunakan perhitungan Cash flow. Nilai NPV yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp Rp38.256.131 (NPV>0), nilai IRR 69,03% (IRR > DR (5%)), Gross B/C 1,13 (Gross B/C >1), Net B/C 2,74 (Net B/C>1), dan Payback period selama 2 tahun 2 bulan (PP<umur bisnis). Akaruku Hydrofarm generates a significant amount of grade B melons in each production cycle. However, these grade B melons have not yet been optimally utilized by the company. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a business unit that processes these grade B melons into melon ice cream products. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer preferences for product attributes and to evaluate both non-financial and financial aspects of the Akaruku melon ice cream product. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, totaling 100 individuals. Preference results using conjoint analysis show that consumers prefer melon ice cream with a dominant melon flavor, pulp texture, natural melon color, and a price of Rp 15,000 for a 100 ml package. The non-financial and financial analyses also indicate that the business is feasible to run based on business feasibility analysis using cash flow calculations. The obtained Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp Rp38.256.131 (NPV > 0), the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 69.03% (IRR > Discount Rate (5%)), Gross B/C is 1.13 (Gross B/C > 1), Net B/C is 2.74 (Net B/C > 1), and the Payback period is 2 years and 2 months. |
