| Abstract: | Penjaminan kredit produktif mikro PT Jamkrindo mengalami penurunan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjaminan kredit produktif
mikro melalui analisis kepuasan pelanggan dengan Customer Satisfaction Indeks
(CSI) dan pemetaan terhadap atribut dengan Importance Performance Analysis
(IPA) serta penerapan strategi evaluasi dan dilakukan analisis kelayakan dari sisi
aspek finansial. Hasil CSI didapatkan 80,99% yang masuk dalam kategori
“memuaskan”. Hasil IPA menunjukkan atribut 3 (promosi penjaminan yang
menarik), 12 (percepatan penyelesaian penjaminan), 17 (karyawan memahami
kebutuhan khusus UMKM), 18 (perhatian personal ke UMKM), 19 (flexibilitas
pengajuan penjaminan), dan 20 (biaya administrasi dan bunga yang ringan) masuk
ke kuadran I prioritas utama dan atribut 4 (tampilan antarmuka atau pelayanan
digital yang mudah dipahami) masuk dalam kuadran III prioritas rendah.
Berdasarkan hasil IPA dirumuskan 3 strategi evaluasi upaya peningkatan
penjaminan, kemudian pemilihan alternatif strategi menggunakan Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) hasil strategi evaluasi administrasi yang dipilih. Serta
dilakukan analisis finansial melalui R/C rasio didapatkan nilai 1,37. The guarantee micro-productive credit products PT Jamkrindo have experienced a significant yearly decline. This study aims to increase the volume of micro-productive credit guarantees through customer satisfaction analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and attribute mapping with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), followed by strategic evaluation implementation and financial feasibility analysis. The CSI result reached 80.99%, categorizing it as "Satisfactory". IPA results indicate that Attribute 3 (attractive guarantee promotions), 12 (expedited guarantee settlement), 17 (staff understanding of specific MSME needs), 18 (personalized attention to MSMEs), 19 (application flexibility), and 20 (low administrative fees and interest) into Quadrant I (top-priority), while Attribute 4 (user-friendly digital service interface) belongs to Quadrant III (low-priority). Based on IPA findings, three guarantee enhancement strategies were formulated. Subsequent strategy selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) identified an administrative evaluation strategy for implementation. Financial analysis yielded an R/C ratio of 1,37. |
