| Abstract: | Kebutuhan pangan daging sapi yang terus meningkat. Namun, produksi dalam negeri masih belum memadai membuat Indonesia masih ketergantungan impor.
Faktor utama dari kendala tersebut adalah terkait modal usaha dan strategi pengembangannya. Penelitian ini membahas Program Titip Sapi di Kandang Juragan sebagai salah satu upaya bagi usaha peternakan dalam mengatasi masalah modal serta menganalisis beberapa rekomendasi strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan Analytic Network Process – Strenghts Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (ANP-SWOT). Hasil didapatkan bahwa Program Titip Sapi di Kandang Juragan mampu mengatasi modal usaha
dengan mengadaptasi skema investasi syariah. Namun, dari sisi skema bisnis, perlu ada penyesuaian akad-akad syariah. Kandang Juragan juga memiliki elemen SWOT
yang dapat mendukung pembentukan rekomendasi strategi. Adapun strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan adalah terkait peningkatan layanan after sales dan komunikasi intensif kepada pemodal dan customer. The demand for beef continues to increase. However, domestic production is still insufficient, making Indonesia dependent on imports. The main factors contributing to this problem are related to business capital and development strategies. This study discusses the Titip Sapi Program at Kandang Juragan as one of the efforts of the livestock industry to overcome capital problems and analyze several strategic recommendations. This study employs qualitative descriptive analysis and the Analytic Network Process – Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (ANP-SWOT) method. The results indicate that the Titip Sapi Program at Kandang Juragan can address capital issues by adapting a sharia-compliant investment scheme. However, from a business model perspective, adjustments to Islamic contract terms are necessary. Kandang Juragan also has SWOT elements that can support the development of strategic recommendations. The priority strategies recommended include improving after-sales services and maintaining intensive communication with investors and customers. |
