| Abstract: | Industri kopi global menghadapi tantangan kompleks seperti fluktuasi harga, ketidaktransparanan rantai pasokan, dan tuntutan sertifikasi keberlanjutan.
The global coffee industry faces complex challenges such as price fluctuations, supply chain opacity, and demands for Sustainability certifications. PT Alko Sumatra Kopi, a player in the coffee industry, implemented an Integrated Digital System in Kayu Aro, Jambi Province, with 600 partner farmers adopting the system since 2019 to address these issues. This research aims to analyze how the Integrated Digital System implemented by PT Alko Sumatra Kopi supports the Traceability and Sustainability of the coffee supply chain, and to identify the factors influencing farmers' adoption of this technology. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with management and farmers, direct field observation, distribution of questionnaires to 240 partner farmers selected through purposive sampling, and the use of secondary data from internal company reports and other supporting documents. Analysis was conducted using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to illustrate the business model transformation of PT Alko, and Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) based on the UTAUT2 theory extended with Perceived Risk to identify the factors influencing the adoption of the integrated digital system. The results show that the digital system provides added value in the form of supply chain transparency, efficient data recording, product quality validation, and improved farmer bargaining power in the global market. Regarding technology adoption, the SEM-PLS results indicate that Performance Expectancy (ß=0.387), social influence (ß=0.285), and Perceived Risk (ß = 0.224) significantly influence farmers' behavioral intention to use the integrated digital system. Meanwhile, Facilitating Conditions and Effort Expectancy did not show significant influence. The Sustainability impact extends beyond environmental aspects (eco-friendly practices have been adopted by 89% of farmers) to include enhanced digital literacy, transformation of farmer agribusiness behavior, increased income and family economic stability, and community empowerment. These findings confirm that the integrated digital system plays a vital role in creating an ethical, inclusive, and highly competitive coffee supply chain. |
