| Abstract: | RH Farm merupakan salah satu unit usaha di Kota Bogor dengan memiliki beragam unit bisnis. Fungsi manajemen yang kurang optimal memengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan, sehingga terjadinya ketidakseimbangan dalam kinerja pada unit-unit usaha. Tujuan dilakukakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fungsi manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan unit usaha RH Farm, dan menganalisis beban kerja karyawan RH Farm. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling total sebanyak 30 karyawan. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan Full Time Equivalent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengarahan dan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan perencanaan dan pengorganisasian tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai adjusted r-square memperoleh sebesar 61% yang mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi variabel fungsi manajemen, sedangkan 39% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Beban kerja karyawan tergolong dalam kategori underload yaitu pada divisi pemasaran, sedangkan yang tergolong dalam kategori normal yaitu divisi umum dan produksi. RH Farm is one of the business units in Bogor City with a variety of business units. Suboptimal management functions affect employee performance, resulting in imbalances in the performance of business units. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of management functions on the performance of RH Farm business unit employees and to analyze the workload of RH Farm employees. The method used is quantitative with a total sampling technique of 30 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Full Time Equivalent. The results of the study indicate that the functions of direction and supervision have a significant impact on employee performance, while planning and organizing do not have a significant impact. The adjusted r-square value was 61%, indicating that employee performance is influenced by management function variables, while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors. Employee workload is categorized as underload in the marketing division, while it is categorized as normal in the general and production divisions. |
