The lack of interactive information delivery posed a challenge in improving the quality of edutourism services at PT Godongijo Asri. Augmented Reality (AR) technology was investigated as a solution to create a more engaging and educational tourism experience. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of AR, its influence on visitor satisfaction, and to compare the number of visits and financial conditions before and after the adoption of AR. A quantitative approach was used through questionnaires distributed to 470 respondents, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and R/C ratio analysis. The results showed that AR was perceived as easy to use and engaging, and had a significant influence on visitor satisfaction (R² = 70%). The number of visits increased from 95.217 to 103.630, and the R/C ratio rose from 1,18 to 1,21. These findings demonstrated that AR was effective in enhancing service quality, visitor satisfaction, and the appeal of educational tourism. |
