Abstract: PT Kariyana Gita Utama mempunyai unit bisnis pakan konsentrat, namun, penjualan pakan konsentrat yang belum sepenuhnya terserap oleh pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pakan konsentrat pada sistem paket. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah analisis kelayakan non finansial, finansial dan uji beda. Analisis kelayakan non finansial yang dianalisis, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek produksi, aspek kolaborasi dan aspek sumber daya manusia. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa bisnis layak diperoleh NPV Rp 2.422.736.671, Net B/C, Gross B/C 1,10, IRR 49, PP 3,1 tahun. Analisis switching value menunjukan penurunan produksi pakan konsentrat sebesar 8,83%. Analisis sensitivitas penurunan produksi pakan 7%. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan usaha. Analisis uji beda (independent t-test) menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata antara penjualan konsentrat reguler (non-paket) dengan penjualan konsentrat dengan sistem paket.
PT Kariyana Gita Utama has a concentrated feed business unit, but sales of concentrated feed have not been fully absorbed by the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of the concentrated feed business in a package system. The research methods used are non financial feasibility analysis, financial analysis, and difference testing. The non-financial feasibility analysis examined market and marketing aspects, production aspects, collaboration aspects, and human resource aspects. The financial analysis indicated that the business is viable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 2.422.736.671, Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C), Gross B/C of 1,10, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 49%, and Payback Period (PP) of 3.1 years. Switching value analysis shows a decrease in concentrate feed production of 8,83%. Sensitivity analysis shows a decrease in feed production of 7%. Sensitivity analysis indicates that the business meets the feasibility criteria. Independent t-test analysis shows a significant difference in average sales between regular concentrate (non-package) and concentrate sold through the package system.
