dc.description.abstractPersaingan dalam menarik talenta Generasi Z mendorong perusahaan perbankan untuk meningkatkan daya tariknya sekaligus memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh interest value, social value, economic value, development value, application value, serta penggunaan media sosial terhadap niat melamar kerja Generasi Z. Penelitian dilakukan pada Januari hingga Juli 2025 dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa development value, application value, dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat melamar kerja. Application value menjadi variabel paling berpengaruh, dengan indikator tertinggi berupa kesempatan untuk mengajarkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari. Sementara itu, interest value, social value, dan economic value tidak berpengaruh signifikan.-
dc.description.abstractCompetition in attracting Generation Z talent encourages banking companies to increase their attractiveness while maximizing the use of social media as a means of job promotion. This study examines the influence of interest value, social value, economic value, development value, application value, and social media usage on Generation Z's job application intention. The research was conducted from January to July 2025, using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that development value, application value, and social media usage have a positive and significant effect on job application intention. Application value has a strong influence, with the highest indicator being the opportunity to teach the knowledge that has been learned. Meanwhile, interest value, social value, and economic value have no significant effect.-
