Abstract: Produktivitas kelapa sawit Indonesia menghadapi yield gap signifikan antarapotensi genetik dengan realisasi lapangan (18 vs >25 ton TBS/ha/tahun). PT.
Indonesian oil palm productivity faces a significant yield gap between geneticpotential and field realization (18 vs >25 tons FFB/ha/year). PT. Aek Tarum KebunMesuji implemented BMP since 2021 with different management prioritiesbetween BMP and reference blocks. This research aimed to analyze productivitycomparison, identify influencing factors through correlation analysis, and evaluateBMP effectiveness. The research was conducted from August to December 2024using productivity data from 2021-2024 across four blocks. A quantitative methodwas employed with descriptive analysis, t-test, and Pearson correlation analysis. Results showed that BMP blocks had numerically higher productivity (20.65 vs18.39 tons ha?¹) but were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). The BMPimprovement trend (124.77-186.36%) exceeded that of reference blocks (66.77-112.25%). Inorganic fertilization showed strong correlation with BMP productivity(r = 0.87). BMP fertilization consistency was very high (>95%) compared toreference blocks (71-100%). BMP effectively improved productivity throughconsistent implementation and precise.
