| Abstract: | Sebagian remaja memiliki tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah.
Padahal, kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi kunci keberhasilan remaja
melewati masa transisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh
dukungan sosial, screen time, dan perilaku sedentari terhadap kesejahteraan
psikologis remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan
desain eksplanatori dan melibatkan 227 siswa SMP kelas 8 di Bogor Tengah
yang dipilih menggunakan metode cluster sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara
self administered dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif
dan inferensial menggunakan software Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences (SPSS). Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan leisure sedentary
behavior berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan screen time tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Temuan ini menekankan
perlunya meningkatkan aktivitas fisik dan dukungan sosial, salah satunya
dengan mengembangkan ekskul olahraga dan layanan bimbingan konseling di
sekolah. Some adolescents have low levels of psychological well-being. Psychological well-being is an important key in the success of adolescents through the critical phase. This study aims to analyze the influence of social support, screen time, and sedentary behavior on adolescents' psychological well-being. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory design involving 227 8th grade junior high school in Central Bogor selected through cluster sampling. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential analyses were conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Social support had a positive effect, while leisure sedentary behavior had a negative effect on adolescents’ psychological well-being. Meanwhile, screen time showed no significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of promoting physical and social support activities, such as developing sports extracurricular programs and school counseling services. |
