Papua still faces various complex problems, including armed conflict and high school dropout rates, so resilience as an individual's ability to recover from difficulties is an important aspect in the social context of Papua. This study aims to analyze the effect of family communication, peer group attachment, and self efficacy on resilience in Papuan adolescents. This study used quantitative data from 121 Papuan adolescent respondents aged 15-20 years and was conducted at one of the schools in Bogor and Tangerang in February 2025. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. Descriptive and inferential data by used SPSS 25.0. The results of the regression test on respondents showed that resilience was formed due to strong family communication and self-efficacy. The results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant positive relationship between family communication, self-efficacy on resilience, but the composite peer group attachment showed an insignificant relationship to resilience. This study recommends the importance of family-based program interventions and individual capacity development in order to support adolescent resilience in areas with vulnerable social conditions.
