| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan gaya dan modal
kepemimpinan dengan keberhasilan Program Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri di Desa
Benteng, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor. Keberhasilan program diukur
melalui empat indikator: pendapatan nasabah, penguatan hubungan sosial,
kepuasan anggota, dan keberlanjutan kegiatan. Penelitian menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling terhadap 38
responden, serta didukung data kualitatif dari wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan
bahwa gaya kepemimpinan suportif paling dominan, ditandai dengan perhatian dan
dukungan pemimpin terhadap anggota. Modal kepemimpinan ekonomi memiliki
skor tertinggi dibandingkan modal sosial, budaya, dan simbolik. Keberhasilan
program paling terlihat pada peningkatan pendapatan dan hubungan sosial
antaranggota. Uji Rank Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara
gaya dan modal kepemimpinan dengan keberhasilan program. Temuan ini
menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan pengelolaan modal yang
tepat dalam mendukung program pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and capital and the success of the Asri Mandiri Waste Bank Program in Benteng Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency. Program success is measured through four indicators: customer income, strengthened social relationships, member satisfaction, and activity sustainability. The study employs a quantitative approach using simple random sampling on 38 respondents, supplemented by qualitative data from interviews. The results indicate that the supportive leadership style is the most dominant, characterized by the leader's attention and support for members. Economic leadership capital scores the highest compared to social, cultural, and symbolic capital. The program's success was most evident in increased income and social relationships among members. The Spearman Rank test showed a significant relationship between leadership style and capital and program success. These findings emphasize the importance of effective leadership and proper capital management in supporting community based waste management program.
