| dc.description.abstract | Peningkatan jumlah usaha kafe sebagai dampak dari tren konsumsi kopi turut menyumbang permasalahan limbah sehingga menyoroti pentingnya penerapan ekonomi sirkular untuk bisnis berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular pada dua UMKM kafe di Kota Bogor yang memiliki model operasional berbeda. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus komparatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan divisualisasikan dengan diagram Sankey untuk aliran limbah serta dipetakan menggunakan matriks IFE EFE, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesenjangan yang signifikan yaitu Kafe A berhasil mengintegrasikan berbagai prinsip sirkular yang tercermin dari posisi strategisnya pada sel V matriks IE. Sebaliknya, Kafe B masih menerapkan model ekonomi linier dengan mayoritas limbah berakhir di TPA yang menempatkannya pada sel IX. Studi ini menghasilkan rekomendasi strategi yang disesuaikan untuk setiap kafe guna mengoptimalkan penerapan ekonomi sirkular. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The increasing number of cafe businesses as a result of the growing coffee consumption trend has also contributed to waste-related issues highlighting the importance of implementing circular economy principles for sustainable business practices. This study aims to compare the application of circular economy principles in two cafe MSMEs in Bogor City each with a distinct operational model. A qualitative approach was employed using a comparative case study method. The data were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively, visualized using a Sankey diagram for waste flow mapping, and assessed using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT analysis matrices. The results reveal a significant gap there Coffee A has successfully integrated various circular principles reflected in its strategic position in Cell V of the IE matrix. In contrast, Coffee B continues to operate under a linear economy model, with most of its waste ending up in landfills, placing it in Cell IX. The study provides tailored strategic recommendations for each cafe to enhance the implementation of circular economy practices. | - |
