| Abstract: | Kelebihan atau kekurangan beban kerja dapat berdampak pada efektivitas
dan efisiensi operasional usaha peternakan. CV Garuda Bumi Usaha merupakan
salah satu unit usaha peternakan ruminansia yang mengalami peningkatan aktivitas,
namun belum melakukan evaluasi beban kerja secara sistematis. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja karyawan, menggunakan pendekatan
Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dan mengkaji dampaknya terhadap kelayakan usaha.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis Full Time Equivalent
(FTE), analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja optimal, dan analisis pendapatan. Hasil
beban kerja yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian karyawan memiliki beban
kerja di bawah standar (underload) sebelum optimalisasi. Kondisi ini dimanfaatkan
dengan menambah jumlah ternak sebanyak 75 ekor sapi tanpa merekrut tenaga
kerja baru. Strategi tersebut memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja usaha,
ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan laba bersih sebesar Rp658.592.789, nilai R/C ratio
dari 0,97 menjadi 1,11, dan nilai B/C rasio dari 1,08 menjadi 1,23 optimalisasi
tersebut menguntungkan secara operasional karena meningkatkan produktivitas
tenaga kerja yang sebelumnya tidak optimal. Workload excesses or deficiencies can impact the effectiveness and operational efficiency of a livestock farming business. CV Garuda Bumi Usaha is a ruminant livestock farming unit that has experienced an increase in activity but has not yet systematically evaluated its workload. This study aims to analyze employee workload using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) approach and to assess its impact on business feasibility. The methods used in this study were full-time equivalent (FTE) analysis, optimal workforce needs analysis, and income analysis. The workload results showed that some employees had a below-standard workload (underload) prior to the planning. This condition was leveraged by adding 75 more livestock without recruiting new employees. This strategy had a positive impact on business performance, indicated by an increase in net profit of Rp658.592.789, an R/C ratio increase from 0,97 to 1.11, and a B/C ratio increase from 1.08 to 1.23. This planning proved to be operationally profitable as it increased the productivity of the previously suboptimal workforce. |
