dc.description.abstractBahro Milk merupakan peternakan sapi perah yang menghasilkan susu sapi murni. Dalam penghasilan susu nya terdapat beberapa susu sapi yang tidak habis terjual sehingga didirikan unit bisnis baru guna meningkatkan pendapatan Bahro Milk. Susu yang tidak habis terjual diolah menjadi puding susu sutra. Tujuan perencanaan bisnis ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan unit bisnis puding susu sutra dari segi nilai tambah produk, aspek non finansial, aspek finansial dan aspek finansial. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis nilai tambah metode Hayami, analisis non finansial dan analisis finansial terdiri dari kriteria kelayakan investasi, dan analisis switching value. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis nilai tambah Hayami dengan rasio nilai tambah diperoleh sebesar 40,8% serta nilai tambah/ proses produksi Rp 49.000. Selanjutnya, hasil dari analisis non finansial bisnis ini dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan. Adapun dalam analisis finansial, nilai NPV sebesar Rp 97.490.417, IRR 87%, Net B/C 3,7, Gross B/C 1,26, dan payback period 2,12 sehingga bisnis layak dijalankan. Hasil dari perencanaan bisnis puding susu sutra layak dijalankan serta dapat memberikan nilai tambah produk dan memberikan keuntungan untuk perusahaan.-
dc.description.abstractBahro Milk is a dairy farm that produces pure cow's milk. In its milk production, there are some cow's milk that is not sold out so a new business unit was established to increase Bahro Milk's income. The unsold milk is processed into silk milk pudding. The purpose of this business plan is to analyze the feasibility of the silk milk pudding business unit in terms of product added value, non-financial aspects, and financial aspects. The methods used are Hayami method added value analysis, non-financial analysis and financial analysis consisting of investment feasibility criteria and switching value analysis. The results obtained from Hayami's added value analysis with a value added ratio of 40.8% and added value/production process of IDR 49,000. The results of the non-financial analysis of this business are said to be feasible to run. As for the financial analysis, the NPV value is IDR 97,490,417, IRR 87%, Net B/C 3.7, Gross B/C 1.26, and payback period 2.12 so that the business is feasible. The results of the silk milk pudding business plan are feasible to run and can provide added value to the product and provide benefits for the company.-
