Abstract: Kebun Kopi Organik Sukahurip yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki potensi alam yang signifikan untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi agrowisata. Penelitian ini memiliki lima tujuan yaitu: (1) Menganalisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal usaha serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan. (2) Menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan. (3) Mengidentifikasi potensi wisata.(4) Menganalisis kelayakan finansial. (5) Merumuskan implikasi manajerial. Metode yang digunakan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal melalui matriks IFAS dan EFAS, SWOT, AHP, 4A, serta analisis kelayakan usaha. Pengembangan fasilitas dasar adalah strategi yang harus diprioritaskan. Uji kelayakan bisnis menyatakan bahwa NPV sebesar Rp124.471.816, IRR 29%, Net B/C 2,31, Gross B/C 1,2, dan PP 4,59. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis Agrowisata pada Kebun Kopi Organik Sukahurip layak untuk dijalankan.
Sukahurip Organic Coffee Plantation located in Cianjur Regency has significant natural potential to be developed as an agritourism destination. This research has five objectives: (1) Analyzing the internal and external environmental conditions of the business and formulating development strategies. (2) Determining the priority of development strategies. (3) Identifying tourism potential. (4) Analyzing financial feasibility. (5) Formulate managerial implications. The method used are internal and external factor analysis through IFAS and EFAS matrix, SWOT, AHP, 4A, and business feasibility analysis. Priority strategies that must be carried out is the development of basic facilities. The business feasibility test stated that the NPV was IDR 124.471.816, IRR 29%, Net B/C 2.31, Gross B/C 1.2, and PP 4.59. The results of this study indicate that the Agrotourism business at Sukahurip Organic Coffee Plantation is feasible to run.
