| Abstract: | Kabupaten Bogor memiliki banyak objek dan daya tarik wisata namun wisatawan umumnya mengunjungi destinasi yang sudah diketahui. Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bogor berupaya mempromosikan destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Bogor dengan membuat situs web bernama Eksplorasi Kabupaten Bogor (EKABO) sebagai media informasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengukur efektivitas EKABO dan merancang prototipe pengembangan EKABO sebagai rekomendasi untuk mempertahankan efektivitas. Pengukuran tingkat efektivitas menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean yang dikenal dengan D&M IS Success Model. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pengguna EKABO, dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa EKABO sangat efektif (96%) sebagai media informasi kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan informasi yang bermanfaat, terpercaya, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Prototipe website dirancang berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Pengembangan yang dilakukan tidak hanya dengan menampilkan visual yang lebih menarik dan navigasi yang lebih intuitif, tetapi juga menambah fitur-fitur yang dapat melengkapi kebutuhan informasi yang lebih efektif bagi pengguna. Bogor Regency has many tourist attractions, but tourists generally visit well-known destinations. The Department of Tourism and Culture of Bogor Regency promotes tourist destinations by creating a website called ‘Eksplorasi Kabupaten Bogor’ (EKABO) as an information medium. The research was conducted with the aim of measuring the effectiveness of EKABO and designing a prototype as a recommendation to maintain its effectiveness. The effectiveness was measured using the DeLone and McLean model known as the D&M IS SUCCESS Model. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 EKABO users, then analyzed with a descriptive quantitative approach. The results show that EKABO is very effective (96%) as a tourism information media in Bogor Regency, with useful, reliable, and relevant information to users’ needs. Prototype is designed based on user perception. The development is carried out not only by displaying more attractive visuals and more intuitive navigation but also adding features that can complement the more effective information for users. |
